Sign & Go Mobile Notary LLC handles loan signings, real estate closings, and everyday notarizations across Cobb County and the greater Atlanta area — including evenings and weekends, when most notaries have already gone home.
From a single power of attorney signed at your kitchen table to a full loan package for a closing, Sign & Go handles it with the same care and discretion.
Refinances, purchase closings, and HELOCs. We print, present, and notarize the full loan package on your schedule.
On-site notary support for buyers, sellers, and title companies, coordinated directly with your closing attorney or escrow officer.
Affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats, and sworn statements — quick, accurate notarizations for personal or business documents.
Powers of attorney, advance directives, and living wills notarized in the comfort of home — ideal for elderly or homebound signers.
Contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions notarized for local businesses, HR departments, and law offices.
Guidance and document prep for Georgia Secretary of State apostille and authentication requests on internationally bound documents.
Employer-authorized representative support for Form I-9 review — for remote hires, local employees, and onboarding teams. Not a notarial act.
Marriage license signing and simple elopement ceremonies for eligible couples across Georgia — brief, private, and legally compliant.
Execution-only notarization for completed, attorney-prepared documents — prenuptial agreements and divorce paperwork. Identity verification and notarization only; no legal advice.
Because this is a real, ordered process — here's exactly what happens after you reach out.
Call, text, or fill out the form with your document type, location, and preferred time — including evenings and weekends.
We verify signer ID requirements, document count, and total fees up front — no surprises at the table.
Home, office, hospital, or coffee shop — anywhere in our service area, on the schedule that works for you.
We verify ID, witness signatures, and apply the notarial seal — typically in under 20 minutes for standard documents.
Based in Cobb County, we regularly travel throughout the northern Atlanta metro. Don't see your city listed? Reach out — we take appointments outside this list for an adjusted travel fee.

Booked out during the week? We're available when most notaries aren't.
Fully bonded under Georgia law with active errors & omissions coverage.
Licensed and commissioned as a Notary Public under Georgia law.
Most inquiries confirmed within a few hours — same-day appointments often available.
Please ensure all signers have an unexpired, physical government-issued photo ID ready when I arrive. As a matter of policy, I cannot accept expired IDs or photos of IDs on a smartphone. Bring the unsigned document(s) as well — do not sign in advance, since signatures must be made in front of the notary.
Georgia does not yet have a permanent remote online notarization law in effect. All appointments are currently performed in person. We'll update this page as soon as RON becomes available in Georgia.
Same-day and next-day appointments are often available. For loan signings or multi-signer closings, we recommend booking 24–48 hours ahead to guarantee your preferred time.
Standard hours are Mon–Fri 8am–8pm and Sat–Sun 9am–7pm. Overnight, holiday, and true emergency requests (hospital, hospice, urgent legal deadlines) are considered case-by-case for an additional fee — call or text to check availability rather than booking online.
Yes — hospital, hospice, and homebound appointments are one of the most common reasons clients call us. Let us know any accessibility needs when booking.
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and card payments (processing fee may apply). Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
Metro Atlanta traffic can turn a short trip into an hour on I-285 — these policies keep pricing predictable for both of us.
Our base county travel fees (see Pricing above) cover appointments within a 15-mile radius of our Cobb County hub. Appointments beyond that radius are billed an extended travel fee of $1.00 per additional mile, round-trip.
Appointments requiring travel across Metro Atlanta's major perimeter interchanges during peak hours (7:00–9:30am or 4:00–6:30pm) — including trips into outer Gwinnett, DeKalb, or Cherokee counties — carry a $15.00 traffic congestion surcharge to account for extended commute time.
Clients are responsible for parking, valet, or toll costs incurred during the appointment. High-security locations — hospitals, jails, and gated corporate campuses — carry a flat $25.00 facility access fee to cover extended check-in and screening time.
Please ensure all signers have an unexpired, physical government-issued photo ID ready when I arrive. As a matter of policy, I cannot accept expired IDs or photos of IDs on a smartphone. If a signer can't produce valid ID at the time of the appointment, the travel fee still applies.
Appointments canceled with less than two (2) hours' notice incur a $25.00 late-cancellation fee. Once we've dispatched and are en route, the travel fee is non-refundable — including if the signing can't be completed due to missing documents, expired or invalid ID, or an uncooperative signer at the table.
Tap, dip, or swipe on-site, including inside buildings with weak cell signal — payment completes automatically once signal returns.
Direct bank-to-bank transfer, no processing fee — sent right from your banking app.
Scan-to-pay by QR code — convenient for clients who prefer not to hand over a card.
For loan signings, a "no-sign" fee ($35–$50) applies if a borrower declines to sign at the table. For general appointments, a card authorization or non-refundable deposit may be required to hold your time slot.
Fill out the form or contact us directly — we'll confirm your time and total fee before we head your way.
